razer nari ultimate xbox one mic audio problem
I am having issues with the mic on the above headset,
I can hear everything fine but other gamers are complaining that my voice is very quiet/low volume even when they have me set to full volume at there end.
Is the headset faulty or is there a way to increase sensitivity so my opponents/other gamers can hear me when I speak as they say it sounds like a whisper?

Was this working fine before? Does it yield the same issue even on different platforms? Do send me the serial number of the headset. I can use that to look for a specific fix for the issue you're having.
