My headset has been working fine up until this point. they only make sound if the game or chat audio is selected If I set it to razer snyapse THX spatial nothing works anymore and sometimes itll just freeze my PC if open for long enough. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This is a possible problem with the Synapse 3 application. Try to perform a clean installation of the app by following the steps here. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you address the THX audio issue.
