Hello Razer my headset the Razer Nari is no longer working. I’ve boiled it down to the USB transceiver Avnera AV6301 is no longer working with the head set. I’ve tried the Razer Nari pairing utility both of them connect but cannot update the transceiver. The head set is on version 15, while the transceiver is on version 14. All I’m getting is 0% threw the updating firmware then “Wireless USB transceiver update failed. Would you like to retry?
