I have a Razer Nari Wireless Gaming Headset which continuously beeps. How do I make it stop so that I can use the product?

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Nari's concern. Does the beeping happen while the headset is connected via wireless or even when it is wired? Have you tried pairing the headset to a different computer or device? Please ensure that your Razer Synapse 3.0 and Razer Nari are both updated. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.

Hi there! Sorry to hear that. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Please send me a PM together with your Razer Nari's serial number and case number. I'll pick it up from there.

I am experiencing the same problem it will beep and then disconnect. Then it will connect for 2 more minutes and then disconnect with static in the background the entire time.

it was fine this arvo but I just started getting a constant "beep boop" I remember it happening in the past but I can remember how I fixed it.

I'm having the same problem... if not worse.

Just opened the box today. Brand-spanking new. Hooked them up. Charged them to 100%. Updated Synapse 3 and my computer. And as soon as I put them on for the very first time... they start beeping. I don't know why. I went to Live Chat on the Razer website and the woman there had me download a, "NariDongleRecoveryTool_vX.XX.XX.exe". I downloaded it. And it stopped!! I thanked the woman all happy the problem was finally fixed!! As soon as I wrote a nice review, and logged off the chat room...…..guess what?

The headphones start beeping again. But this time it's worse. It's constantly beeping to the point I can't even enjoy playing my game anymore let alone wear the thing. So I just took them off and played in silence. They're now just sitting on my desk. My brand new $200.00 headset that won't stop beeping, and it's only been out of the box for less than 12 hours. I literally spent my whole day today trying to figure out why this problem was happening. And it seems like no one knows why. I asked Razer's Reddit team. They told me to uninstall and reinstall everything (which every unexperienced person suggests, its the old... unplug it and plug it back in to see if it works). Wasted my time there. The beeping continued.

Ever since I installed / synced this Nari Ultimate headset it's made my other Razer Products act weird. The color display starts blinking whenever the beeping starts; like in those horror movies when the side character is walking down the creepy hallway and the light is flashing on and off-kind-of-way...something like that. Sometimes it does it without beeping.

The Trinity 12-button mouse has two buttons under the scroll wheel, which I use for key-bindings in World of Warcraft. They're usually used for adjusting the sensitivity of how fast your mouse moves on screen. Ever since I added that headset... they don't work. I have to close Synapse 3 and reopen it for them to work again. But guess what? After 5-10 minutes of gameplay when I click one of the two buttons; nothing works at all.

What's even more frustrating is that this product took two weeks to be delivered from Amazon. I understand completely during these times with COVID-19 that buying from Amazon, at the moment, will take a while. But for me to buy something that is $200.00. Possibly defective / having issues with it. Spend a whole day researching myself / asking Razer's support LIVE Chat team what's wrong, and nothing helps.... Then I got to return it and wait another 2 weeks (if it's even in stock) to get it is just upsetting.

From what I've read in the comments there's about 4-5 people with this same problem. And there's no update or anything to fix this yet?

I love Razer. I like their products a lot. They're my go-to-company whenever it's computer related. I'm just frustrated right now and want to know what is happening to my headset that's making it beep. Over and over and over again.

I'll wait tomorrow when Live Chat opens up again to see what's going on.... Oof.

Did anyone ever get a solution for this problem, I've got the same issue. Have tried all the usual things... firmware update, software reinstall, dongle recovery ... still happening.

Same thing, I've got the same exact issue on my Pewdiepie version of the wireless nari ultimate.

Seems it was interference from my wifi router. I used a USB extension to move my receiver dongle to the other side of my desk and everything seems to be working OK now. Fingers crossed!

My router is on the other side of the room.

My Razer Nari headset is less than two months old and beep whenever they feel like it. They've just been fully charged and within 30 seconds of unplugged, they started beeping away. I like the headset but the beeping is driving me crazy

Its been a week since I've created my support ticket and no one has gotten a hold of me.

Have your tried draining the headset's battery and charging it for 4 hours?

HI bobert886! Sorry for the delay. Allow me to get things moving for you. Please send me the case number via PM. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
