Razer Nari wireless HeadSet

I have had my head set for little over a year, love them first wireless pair. I noticed a few days ago the lights that would turn on for it charging would not come on when i plugged them in, but they still turned on so i assumed they were charging the whole time. I left them on and they died while i was away and it seems they are dead. No charging, wont turn on. Its kinda weird. Had them on working walked away for 5-10 min come back and nothing. Ideas?
