Razer Nari Wireless Headset - Problem (Help!)

Yesterday i buyed this new cool Headset and noticed a problem which i couldn´t solve. For example i want to paly Fortnite with Surround Sound if i am activating stereo in Fornite every noise and sound is normal like my last headset. But if i am activaing Suround Sound the Sound in Fortnite is echoing that echo is so hard and weird. Could someone help me please. Thank you in advance :)

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. What the model of your headset? Does the issue happen while Playing Fornite only or even to another program on your PC?

    Hey, It is the Razer Nari Wireless. Uhm if i am activating surround sound and listen music for example there are no issues but if i am playing games and using surround sound there are issues like a weird echo sound... Thank you in advance!

    Gotcha. Try adjusting your Razer Synapse 3.0 settings under mic tab and turning off the sidetone and sensitivity and see if it helps. Please refer to the image below:
