My Nari wireless headphones stutter and crackle in normal use and have for the last two years. Two years ago when they started to crackle, buzz, and stutter whether something was playing or not I contacted support and was handheld through the usual uninstall-reinstall, which did nothing. That was left unresolved since they weren't still under warranty and the representative had no other steps to help me.



The headphones still have this issue, though its only gotten more persistent. Lately they've started stuttering every 2-4 seconds no matter what is playing. Am I shit out of luck on yet another Razer product or has some solution been found? The only related thread I found was this.
