Razer Nari Wireless Surround not working.

I just bought a new razer Nari headset and the surround isn't working, I know it isn't because I had a razer Kraken I could hear the surround perfectly, with razer nari I can´t even distinguish left from right, I just changed headsets and I know my that I heard enemies perfectly on my game (when I had razer Kraken) because they were where I heard, so I'm perfectly aware my hearing isn't the problem here. I have tried everything, I have even tried synapse 2 which was the one who worked with Kraken, but it doesn´t work with nari. I´ve also seen this concern was already addressed in this forum. Is there any way to fix this or does the surround not work via a wireless connection. Please someone help me.
