Razer Nari + Wireless USB transceiver firmware update failed

Hello,

I can’t get to make my Razer Nari Dongle to work.

I’m using the Razer Nari Parigin Utility and I get “Wireless USB transceiver firmware update failed message.”

 

I’ve also tried the Razer Nari Dongle Recovery Tool, but this one not even detects that the Dongle is connected.
