I've had my razer naris for about a year and they have never connected successfully to my pc, very rarely they connect and then disconnect five minutes later. but most of the time I've had to use them wired which isn't what I purchased them for. Nothing I've read online fixes it, I've even tried using the pairing utility, which just gives me the message "Wireless USB tranceiver firmware update failed. Would you like to retry?". If I press retry it just pops the message back up again. Honestly, a bit ticked off as I've been using Razer products for years, and this Is the first time one of them has felt lacklustre.



Any help would be appreciated.
