Hi guys,

Needing some help on what to do. I sent my razer blade 15 for repair (battery swelling) as I bought the razer care warranty.  I was told it would take 5 days however it’s been 10 weeks. I’ve spoke to them multiple times and I keep getting told it will be sent to me in 24-48 hours yet it never happens.  I’ve contacted them about 5-6 times and it’s always the same lie just re worded.
 

How Should I move forwards?
