Razer Nommo Chroma crackle

Hello, I just got a brand new out of the box razer nommo chroma speakers and installed them. the sound itself is great and vivid, though there is an annoying occasional pop/crackle sound. It can happen when listening to music or even when watching a YouTube video. Is there a solution to this issue? Is there a firmware update/driver which can help me solve this? Please advice, Thanks in advance. Ohad.

      Hi there! Thanks for posting your Nommo Chroma's audio concern here. By the way, does the issue happen on all audio-related programs? Does the pop, crackle, or distortion happen on the subwoofer or the treble/tweeter speaker? Please play a saved media (music or video) on your computer and see if the issue persists. Should the same behavior happens, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number. Let's continue from there.

      Hello, 1. The issue is happening in different audio app, also when just playing a youtube video on web browser. The issue is also happening when a windows pop up notification is occurring. 2. The crackle sound appear to be coming from the front of the speaker (twitter). 3. When playing the same song (for example) the issue can appear randomly in different parts of the song. it happens occasionally in random places and does not necessarily reproduce on the same second it happened in a previous play of the same song. 4.
