Razer nommo chroma on PS4

I have just bought razer speakers, and it seems that the volume cannot be adjusted on the speakers while connected via USB to PS4. The Bass can be adjusted though. Do you have any advise what to do? Speakers are on very low volume even when it volume is maxed out on playstation.

    Is there any device connected to your Nommo Chroma? Have you tried connecting it to a computer or mobile? I like to take a closer look at this behavior. Please send me the serial number via PM. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
