My razer nommo pro stopped producing sound out of the sudden, the lights, switch all are working fine. just no sound. I troubleshoot and it says working fine.

Please try turning off and on the Wireless Control Pod to reset the speaker and subwoofer. If this doesn't resolve the issue, turn off the speaker and subwoofer, unplug the cable, and let it rest for 3 minutes. Then, plug it back in and power it on. Please also test the Razer Nommo Pro on a different device via wired and wireless connection. If the issue persists, PM me your Razer Nommo Pro serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. You can save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here.
