Razer Nommo Pro Bluetooth stopped connecting

I have purchased this system last week and used it about 3 times so far. It was working fine till my bluetooth function stopped connecting to any device. Last night it started to give problems. The led for the bluetooth device was not blinking when it wasn't connected to any device. I tried holding down the audio source button for 10+ seconds to see if it blinks but it didn't. I unplugged the system and waited 1 full hour till I plugged everything back in. The led for the bluetooth started flashing now which was different, but it still didn't connect to any device. Everything else works fine with the system, its just the bluetooth function is not working at all. Does anyone have this problem?

Its still having the same issue. Everything else works fine except the bluetooth connectivity. Not sure how I can share a video of the bluetooth not connecting? I've also send in a support too.
