Razer Nommo Pro speaker not working

Hi, I've been the happy owner of a Razer Nommo Pro for 2 and a half years, but for a few months the left speaker has been creaking annoyingly and it's terrible. What can I do to fix this? Is there a way to just have a spare case?

Thank you for your continued loyalty over the years. If your Razer Nommo Pro speaker is creaking or crackling in the left, you may try the following:

  1. Disable THX Spatial Audio/Audio Enhancements in Razer Synapse and Windows sound settings to eliminate software digital clipping.
  2.  Unplug/replug cables, check for interference, and update drivers.
  3. Replace the USB cable connecting the speakers to the PC.
