Cable entries are OK. The lights are on. But the computer did not detect the device. It detects my different speakers and headphones. I installed sound drivers and razer synapse etc. It does not appear in the sound section at the bottom right. I changed the USB Ports and checked. By the way, the device was working before. I took it out, plugged it in again and It's not working right now.HELP!!!!
