I bought these speakers on October 1st of 2024 and they have been working great, until today. I was listening to them this morning when I walked out of the room for maybe 10 minutes. I came back and hit the power button on the speaker without looking and nothing happened. Did the same again and noted that no lights come on any longer. I can confirm that the outlet they are plugged into has power.
I have read a post about draining a capacitor in the Pro version but do not want to open the unit up and void my warranty, since I am still well within the 1 year period. Any suggestions for things I can try without opening the sub? If not, what is the process to RMA this unit?
