Hello.

Firmware updater v.1.8.0.0.r1 has been released but: although I updated the woofer, when i take out one battery for the speakers update (searching and connecting speakers ble) , I get the message that something went wrong during the update. Sometimes the processing goes to 7% and then… the fail message appears again.

I’m on windows 11, synapse 11.

Please help.

Hi snikolas,

Firmware updates for the Razer Nommo V2 Pro require an active Bluetooth connection to your PC. The update is failing at 7% because the firmware updater is losing Bluetooth contact with the Control Pod or the speaker's sub-module during the battery removal step. PM me your Razer Nommo V2 Pro’s SN: (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) and link of your receipt in a PDF format: (Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4011?_ga=2.197232171.544708261.1744067200-1885068520.1744067200&_gl=1*vo487o*_ga_3TRK53PM75*MTc0NDA2NzE5OS4xLjEuMTc0NDA2NzM0My4yNC4wLjA).
