My Razer Nommo V2 Pro speaker system is defective. The subwoofer powers on, blinks, and connects successfully, but both desktop speakers remain completely dead. There is no Chroma RGB light and no sound from the speakers at all. It seems like the speakers are not getting any power.
I have also tried connecting the system to another computer, but it still does not work. I already replaced the batteries in the Control Pod, reconnected the proprietary speaker cable tightly, and power cycled the system. Nothing helped.
The website states my serial number is not in the database.
