I’ve had my Razer Nommo V2 Pro Nommo set since 2023 and have enjoyed it since purchase.
Recently, as of yesterday, my subwoofer no longer turns on!
I don’t have an extra power cable for the subwoofer laying around and can not test if the cable has died as of this moment. I’ve tried direct power to the wall sockets in my room, to my UPS unit(where it has been plugged in since 2023.) It does not turn on no matter what I do!
I’ve looked at the other support threads here, and on the Razer subreddit.
Was wondering if anyone else has had recent issues with the subwoofer not turning on and if a replacement cable/extra cable has fixed it?
List of things I’ve tried:
- Tried different power sockets.
- Uninstalled Razer Synapse 4 non-beta. Reinstalled it. Tried installing Razer Synapse 3 and the Razer Synapse 4 Beta. Nothing. Went back to Synapse 4.
- Tried to follow the order of operations for reconnecting the set from start to finish multiple times.
- Power cycled 4 times waiting 15 minutes following different order of operations of plugging in the 2 speakers first, middle, last and without them and just the subwoofer.
