I’ve tried everything I can find on fixing this issue.

The speakers suddenly disconnected and started to blink red.

I done the disconnect the power and all cables. Plugged everything back in with the order specified.

  • Reconnect the umbilical cable linking the left speaker to the right speaker hub.

  • Plug the AC power cable directly into the rear of the right speaker.

  • Plug the AC power cable directly into the subwoofer.

  • Verify that the USB-C cable remains completely disconnected from the PC.

The speakers do attempt to make the connection to the sub as I can see the lights blink green and go back to red.

I did use the pairing utility.

The speakers have no sound and continue blinking red.

Firmware is up to date

Opened a support ticket but thought I’d post here if anyone has any other ideas.

i have had the very same issue intermittently for a couple of years and now permanently since Synapse 4.; I have since discovered the speakers work perfectly the moment all traces of all Razer  associated software are removed.  Hopefully,Razer will patch the issue one day as there are a fair few people witht he same issue.

Thanks for listing the exact steps you already tried, as that rules out the usual cable and pairing checks. Since the lights briefly turn green before returning to red, it sounds like pairing starts but does not hold. If you have not already, try pairing with the subwoofer close to the right speaker and away from other wireless devices, using a different direct wall outlet for each unit. It would also help to add to your support ticket whether the red blinking began after a Synapse update, since another reply here points to that pattern.

I had a similar red blinking problem with a wireless speaker set once, and moving the subwoofer closer to the right speaker for the pairing step is what finally got it to hold. I also tried a different wall outlet for each unit after that, since sharing one power strip had caused odd dropouts for me before. Your green then red pattern sounds like it is trying to pair and then losing it, which is why I would test that closer placement before swapping anything out.
