The subwoofer of my Razer Nommo v2 pro stopped working, you can't hear it, and you can't see any LEDs on the back. Is there anyone who has been through the same thing and can help me?

Hi @heavenBlackCoralever945,

Thanks for posting your concern in the support forum. Have you already tried using a different power adapter or power source for further isolation? Make sure the power cable is plugged in securely at the back as well. Otherwise, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other model-specific workarounds to help you resolve the problem.

Same issue. Speakers blink red and work.

@Razer.Zionzedd  你好 我也遇到同樣的問題

I’ve had this happen a few times now, gotta do a tedious power cycle to the whole setup to get it back again. Just now it happened completely randomly while I was listening to music.. suddenly the bass was gone. When they work properly they sound great so there’s that, but this sort of thing should not be happening given the price of these things. The basic troubleshooting tips (try another cable etc etc) are cop outs given the sheer number of people with this issue, there’s no excuse for this whatsoever.

Here is how i fix it:

If your Nommo V2 Pro subwoofer suddenly stops working, shows no LED, and the satellite speakers blink red twice, it’s usually not dead — it’s just stuck in a power fault state.

Here’s the quick fix:

  1. Unplug the subwoofer from power completely.

  2. Leave it unplugged for 10–15 minutes (important, lets the internal capacitors discharge).

  3. Plug it back in and power on again.

The LED should turn green and the speakers will reconnect automatically.

This issue happens when the internal power circuit locks up after standby or a small surge.
