Razer Nommo V2 - Right Speaker Turns Off When I Change Volumes

I’m using an Asus laptop as my gaming PC. I occasionally move it from place to place because I have a racing sim on the other side of my room. It’s been hooked up to that for about two weeks. Before I moved over there I had no problems with my Nommos. When I moved back over to my desk and turned it on today my music was too loud so I turned it down and when I did the right speaker turned off. I turned the speakers on and off and turned it down again and same thing. Already checked firmware and it said I’m up to date. All sound settings on the PC seem to be in order. I can’t find another fix anywhere. Please help. Very very annoying to deal with.

Disconnect usb, remove from Synapse,

This is for Kraken but the nommo v2 is here also.

You will need enable hidden view on.

Restart PC, let Synapse boot and open it. Then add device back. This should start installing drivers.

Restart PC, test.
