Razer Nommo V2 X Sleep Mode Mac

I’m running a Mac (so no access to Synapse v3) and there seems to be no way to change/disable the ridiculously aggressive auto shutdown on the speakers - am I missing something? Otherwise they will have to go back - speakers that turn off every 5 minutes are not fit for purpose.
