Razer noob here - How can I check that my drivers/bios/firmware are up to date?

Hi everyone, I have a new Razer Blade 15 2020 Base model (RZ09-03519), and I am really happy with it, but I have been getting some minor glitches with the audio and also highly variable battery discharge times (under consistent resource use).

Razer Synapse is up to date and there are no pending windows updates, does this mean I am fully up to date? The product support page for my model doesn't have any manual downloads so I don't know how to manually check whether my drivers are the best versions. My audio drivers were released quite a while ago and I haven't found any information about BIOS/firmware updates for the base model.

Also is it best to let windows update handle my Nvidia updates or should I update when I am prompted by Nvidia Control Panel?

Apologies if this is really basic stuff, all advice very much appreciated. Last time I was doing this it was with an MSI laptop and the process seems different.

Yes, your system should be up-to-date. With that said, do send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 along with the serial number of the laptop. I can use those to check if you have the BIOS and EC firmware versions.

I don't really recommend updating the GPU drivers that often. But should you do so, you will want to download them from Nvidia's website instead.
