I have a razer blade 14 that has speaker issues, so I sent the unit back to razer for them to fix. I got the computer back, and the only thing inside the box besides the laptop and the charger was a single piece of paper about a "BurnInTest". No mention of any repairs, and no info regarding repairs in emails. The problem I had was still there (and EXACTLY the same as it was before I sent it to them) so I was certain to a very high extent that the people at razer took in my laptop, ran some not useful hardware test, and just sent it back. Now I am talking with support, and they said that they replaced the speakers, so this issue should not be still happening. I've had to have electronic devices repaired many times, and always the repairer would at least send an email or attach a piece of paper detailing the parts replaced, does razer do that? Or is there anyway for me to actually check myself? I'm still convinced that they didn't actually replace the speakers.
