razer not lunching games

hey there .. sometime when I lunch a game without razer it starts very normal but once I run it with razer to make it faster the game crash instatly I thought it's from my PC as it's weak but without razer it runs very normal .. on the other hand some games when I try to lunch it ... razer doesn't lunch with it as an example : roblox .. when I choose a game it should start roblox with razer but what it does is to lunch the game only and razer does nothing and this is kind of annoying as I have a bad lag and razer really helps alot
