Hello,
I have a razer blade 15 I used it for one year and just the day after warranty expires it died. I tried to RMA my laptop for repair and got a RMA label from razer but I wasn't able to send due to some problems but now I tried to get RMA label again and send my laptop for repair and Razer told me they don't provide this service in India. One of the buying point for me was that if anything goes wrong I can just RMA my laptop but now after more than 15 emails and a lot of talking to razer customer support, I curse the day I thought of buying Razer laptop. $2800 for one year I am literally crying because of this poor service or should I say no service.
