When ANC is on left earcup starts to crackle. This issue only persist when ANC is on. It does not affect transparency mode or when ANC is off. Got it from Amazon on sale and already started a return process seeing that this is a very common issue with both 2020 & 2021 models. However I have few weeks before I have to send them back, wonder if anyone have any good experience getting replacement via Razer support rather than returning for a refund? Thanks
