Razer Opus Audio Troubleshooting for Mac
hey all, I've been having an issue with my opus, the audio intermittently cuts in and out. the razer opus support page has a link to troubleshoot this issue, but its not compatible with mac. what should i do do get this fixed?

Do you get the same results when pairing the headset with a phone and a laptop? If so, please send me the serial number so I can point you in the right direction.
