Razer Opus background noise problem

Got my new opus days ago. Great product overall, the only issue is the bothering white noise after power on, which is far more noticable than any ANC headphones I have(SONYs, AKGs, BOSEs)o_Oo_Oo_O If this issue fixable in the future firmware version? Or it's a design flaw and that it?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Opus' concern here. Have you tried on check for available updates using the Razer Opus Mobile App? What noise happens while pairing the headset to another device?

Yes. Updated the lastest firmware. It doesnot matter what devices OPUS got paired to. Whenever it is power on, there will be such identical background noise. Like I said, it is a common issue for ANC headphones but OPUS seems to be the worst. While the only solution for now is to use headphone jack without needs of powering on
