Razer Opus - Charging Issue

Just got the Razer Opus headphones a couple weeks ago. I've used them enough to need to charge them a few times now and I am noticing that when charging is done (according to the flashing LED on the headphones) they will only have charged to 80% (according to the Bluetooth settings on my pc and on my android phone). I can get them to 100% by disconnecting and reconnecting the charging cable after it initially stops charging. I am using a 5v 2A charging adapter. Is this normal?

just got mine and they wont charge passed %10

@aqzjoe I just got the Razer x Bape Opus and I'm having the same issue. It'll work fine if I'm using them wired with my PC, but when I use them with my phone, they won't charge past 10%

Hi experts I have the same problem does not connect to windows or iphone with iOS 14.3 or Android someone who has this problem and has the solution? I bought the razer 1 month ago and already has this problem, with cable if it works normal, I have the latest firmware version from the application,

Any luck with the issues? I just got mine and Im having the same issue.

Nope. I don't use the headphones much, maybe a couple times a week for a half hour at a time. Been trying to run them down but they're still on the original charge. The battery reading might be a mess, bit the battery life is surprisingly good

What charging block are you all using to charge them?

I tried using an apple 12w power brick and I also tried just plugging them up to my desktop to charge all night. Still as soon as I turn them on, start searching for device and they cut off.
