Hello.



I purchased a Razer Opus headset from Zsilver program and now they not pair with any of my computers or mobile anymore. I just talked with Razer Support and claim they cant process that warranty cause they didnt process the bought (I purchased from razerstore with a code obtain by redeem Razer Zsilvers and the invoce came from DigitalRiver). So, is this correct? Razer decives obtain by Zsilver promotion havent Official Razer Support? If it so, do I have to claim the guarantee to DigitalRiver?
