Razer Opus doesn't recharge, I've tried everything.
My headset won't recharge. I have tried charging it with various devices and cables. Regardless of the cable or device, the power indicator does not light up and the headset does not charge. I have tried using the USB C port on my computer to recharge it, but nothing happens. This problem occurred suddenly and without warning. I have had this headphone for almost 2 months, and until then, it was working normally. I reset it by pressing Vol +, Vol - and the Power Button, with the 3.5mm cable connected, and without any change.
What are the next steps I can take?
