razer Opus dont turn on and dont seems to charge

Hello,

I have had a Razer Opus for a little while, and it was working very well. I never had any issues with it. It has never fallen or been hit, but about a week ago it stopped turning on (there was still battery left). I tried to charge it, but the indicator light doesn't come on.

Is this a bug? A battery problem?
Is it possible to fix this issue?
