My headset will not turn on, charge, or connect to any device. Holding the power button does not turn on the power indicator light. I have tried to charge it with several devices and cables. Regardless of the cable or device the power indicator does not turn on and the headset does not charge. I have tried plugging the headset directly into two devices with the audio cable and in both cases no sound came out of the headphones despite being the selected output and volume being on. This problem occurred suddenly and without warning. What next steps can I take?

This is highly likely a hardware problem. Please PM me the serial number of your headset and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate the model of your device and check its warranty status.
