Hi I bought my Razer Opus X two days ago. When I tried using it on my phone it works fine and the audio in and out works fine. Now when I tried using it on my laptop for discord, it sucks. While I'm using it on discord the audio in and out would have a problem. And the device itself would shut down on its own..

Is there anyway this would work well when I use it for gaming and discord? I upgraded to this product for it's mobility since I am very clumsy when it comes to wired earphones.

I tried checking discord setting but nothing changes.
