I bought the Razer Opus X on June 4th and a few days ago all of the sudden it didnt turn on anymore and when i put it on charge the light doesnt turn on, tried it with different cables, also tried to do the reset but nothing. its the 2nd headset that does that, how can i fix that or what even is the issue there?
