I bought a razer opus x 4 days ago and it's having stuttering problems. Every 5-10 minutes, the audio will cut for a second and then resume. I went on the razer website for troubleshooting an audio device with intermittent audio. It told me the fix was to remove interference, update my drivers or reconnect it. It couldn't be the first because I am literally sitting in front of my computer, and I don't have a microwave next to me. Removing the device/reconnecting it didn't work. The issue persisted. The remaining solution is to check for outdated drivers. I checked intel support assistant as the razor website recommended and it says all my drivers are up to date.

Can anyone please give a fix or some advice? I really like this pair of headphones. The audio is not bad for its price and the ANC is nice, but the stuttering is driving me nuts. If things come to worst, I'll have to use my warranty.
