Razer oranta v3 media button problem

So I own a Razer Ornata V3, and I’m having an issue with the multimedia keys — specifically, the skip track button and the mute button don’t respond when pressed. I can’t remember how I fixed this before, but uninstalling Synapse and doing a hard reset of the keyboard didn’t help.

It looks like the issue was caused by the Synapse software running in the background. After fully closing it in the Task Manager and reconnecting the keyboard, everything works fine. Sorry for the trouble, and thank you for your response.
