I just came on here to look for that same answer. I just sold my Razer Tartarus V2 and got the Orbweaver. i didn't realize it was a backwards step in software. I thought I was getting the latest/greatest one!?. The Razer Tartarus V2 came up in Synapse 3 just fine :(

Damnit i just bought an Orbweaver and got it delivered today... Been using the last half hour to an hour trying to get Synapse 3 to detect it just to find it isnt even supported...

I just bought the Black Widow Elite along with the Orbweaver. Sadly same issue. Only Synapse 2 doesnt see the black widow Elite, and Synapse 3 doesnt see the orbweaver Chroma. Add to that, when both are installed they dont play nice together, so I need to keep unplugging, and re plugging the Orb weaver, or it disappears when I run synapse 3. To be honest, these are my very first Razor products, and my first experience of Razer. After several hours of troubleshooting and working trough the device manager, and registry, i uninstalled every piece of Razer software and all reverences to it. then i installed v2.21.24.1 , and now it sometimes works when I modify the profile before it becomes unresponsive again. The keyboard however is working just fine. Really need a fix for this or to have the Orbweaver support built into synapse 3
