Razer Orichi V2 stopped Working - How to RMA

Hi Guys,

Purchased Razer Orichi V2 in Jan this year and it seems to have stopped working over the weekend. 

It seems like the issue is with the dongle. 

Steps I have already tried.
a. Reinstalled the Razer software and drivers.
b. Used the mouse and dongle on other computer and it still keeps on connecting and disconnecting. 
3. Changed the batteries twice. 

Also if the dongle is plugged in my laptop takes a lot of time to boot up. Seems to be an issue with the dongle.

I have paired the mouse with BT and it works perfectly fine. 

My other razer mouse which is almost 2 years old works perfectly on the same PC and Laptop without any issues. 

Is it possible to RMA and get the dongle?
