so ive had this keybord for like a year now. and all of a sudden it dissapeard from razer synapse ive tried everything still doesnt work please help.

What version of Razer Synapse are you using? Make sure you are using the Razer Synapse 3. In case you are using the previous version, you can download the latest version through this link.
