Razer Ornata Chroma
so ive had this keybord for like a year now. and all of a sudden it dissapeard from razer synapse ive tried everything still doesnt work please help.

What version of Razer Synapse are you using? Make sure you are using the Razer Synapse 3. In case you are using the previous version, you can download the latest version through this link. Have you tried unplugging and replugging the keyboard from your computer? If you are still having the same issue, please send me a PM and let's continue from there.
