Razer Ornata Chroma "c" "n" and "space" Keys working

I have owned a Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard for almost 2 years now and It has been amazing however randomly the keys “c” “n” “space” “ctrl” “windows” “left alt” and “backspace” stopped responding. As in when I press the keys I get no output. Although randomly the keys started working again. This cycle has been constantly repeating where the keys suddenly stop and then start working. I have had no spills on my keyboard nor have I dropped it. For reference I am on a ASUS 15 gaming laptop. I opened up my keyboard to see if there was a damage inside but there was none to be found. I also tested the keyboard on another computer and it still had problems. Also the lights underneath the keys still work and I don’t know if this is related but for some reason the lighting effects of “ripple” and “reactive” are not working, they have worked before but are not now. I am wondering if there is some sort of programming inside synapse for my keyboard that is causing the keys to randomly disable. Please help...
