Razer Ornata Chroma FN Key not working

Hey all I'm pretty new to razer and this is my first one. I've been using it for a few months now and i noticed that last night, my FN key had stopped working. Is there a FN lock I'm missing or could it just be the key messing up? thanks in advance.

    Hi there! Can you give more details about this? What did you mean that the FN key stopped working? Have you tried using your Ornata with another PC to see if the same issue occurs? Can you share a short video of the issue?

    Sadly, i don't have another pc to use it with but i embedded a video of me trying to turn the brightness down. I can elaborate though. Every key on the board works fine except the fn key. I have tested them all at this point and it is the only one giving me trouble. is there a setting in synapse that i messed with that could have disabled it?

    Thanks for the reply but I can't seem to play the video as it is unavailable. Can you try completely closing off Synapse to see if the issue persists? Let me know how it goes.
