One of my key not working, try cleaning the key with air and reinstalled driver but not working

    Hi RedPanda. I have issue in my keyboard. Some of the keys is not working, like keys of 1st row of the keyboard (numbers). And the from number pad like zero, plus, minus. Please help me with this. Thanks

    Hello. Do you have a video? Have you tried connecting it to another PC to see if the same issue happens?
