Razer Ornata Chroma keycap replacement

I have an original Ornata Chroma and the Z key stem broke a while back. The keyboard is out of warranty and official support has ended as well. There's no way to contact Razer support with the Serial number provided (being out of support) and the number I tried to call is out of service. I'm just trying to figure out if there's a way to get a replacement keycap whether for the original Ornata or the V2 (without buying an entire keyboard). Is there any way at all I can try to contact Razer regarding this? Thanks.
