Razer Ornata Chroma not working after Razer Synapse Update

I can't get my function keys to launch my favorite applications that I have them assigned to after the update; the keyboard works but I can't change the lighting either can anyone help?

Me too - I have the same problem. And my Synapse - Razer Cenral can't detect my keyboard.

I as well, after the update,, I'm unable to open up razer synapse

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your concerns here. Have you tried closing/disabling Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if the issue persists? What's your current Razer Synapse version? Have you tried signing in as a guest or using a different Razer Synapse account? Should the issue persists, please gather the Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by following the steps here. Save the files via Google Drive or to another online drive account then send the link via PM. Let's continue from there.

As of today, I don’t have any idea what exactly I did…although recall having Razer Central “sync” with Razer Synaps e &…viola! I could be mistaken, although syncing may have been my resolving my issue? It works now as it did when I first connected my key board & added the Razer software.
