Razer Ornata Chroma - settings

I've just bought this new keyboard (UK vers.), I'm using it with a Macbook, and I'm having some problems with it: - I can't type the @; - I can't do the ' symbol; - in order to do the ( symbol [shift+9] i need to press the shift+8 instead... Probably is all a matter of settings but I can't find out how to solve it. Any suggestions? Thanks for helping!

Hi there! Can you share a short video of the issue? Also, have you tried using it with another PC to see if the issue persists?
